Our Approach
Comprehensive Assessment. Individualised Care.
We understand that many of our patients have busy lifestyles, demanding jobs and limited time.
Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive assessment involving:
- A detailed health history
- Orthopaedic and neurological assessment
- Physical examination
- Functional movement assessment where appropriate
This allows us to develop an individualised management plan based on your presentation.
Where clinically appropriate and safe to do so, treatment may begin during your first appointment.
Our approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with rehabilitation strategies to support movement, function and long-term musculoskeletal health.
Our Clinical Techniques

Every person presents differently, which is why treatment is tailored to your individual needs.
Depending on your presentation, treatment may include:
Manual Chiropractic Adjustments
Hands-on techniques designed to improve joint mobility, support movement and assist with the management of musculoskeletal conditions.
Activator Method
A low-force instrument-assisted technique that may be suitable for people who prefer a gentler approach or those with acute or sensitive presentations.
Soft Tissue Therapy
Targeted soft tissue techniques may be incorporated to address muscle tension and support movement.
Rehabilitation & Exercise
Where appropriate, we'll provide individualised rehabilitation exercises and movement strategies to help improve strength, mobility and long-term function.
Postural & Ergonomic Assessment
Your daily habits can influence how your body moves and feels. We may assess factors such as workplace ergonomics, posture, lifting techniques, sleep position, and pillow support, providing practical recommendations to complement your care and support long-term spinal health.
Imaging Referrals
Routine imaging is not required for everyone. If your examination suggests that further investigation may be appropriate, we'll recommend referral to your GP or another healthcare provider for imaging such as X-rays, MRI or CT scans where clinically indicated.
