Dr Tim has a double degree in Chiropractic Science and Clinical Chiropractic and has completed the practitioner training with the Institute of Functional medicine.
Dr Tim found his way to chiropractic from witnessing a family member in chronic pain who got their life back through chiropractic care. Through this experience he understands first-hand the impact that pain can have on quality of life and because of this is highly invested in working towards pain-free living.
Dr Tim loves his sport, especially cricket and golf, and is passionate about improving health in every aspect, helping others to perform at their highest level.
Laura is a remedial massage therapist trained in deep and soft tissue, relaxation, pregnancy, myofascial therapy, trigger point and cupping. She has a strong interest in massage rehabilitation.
With a background in aged care, Laura has seen first-hand the benefits of remedial massage and is passionate about providing first-class treatment to all her clients. In addition to massage, Laura complements her sessions with practical advice and demonstrations of important stretches and strengthening techniques. In her spare time Laura is a sports trainer for the Yanchep Red Hawks where her expertise in rehabilitation exercises ensures the team stays in good shape.
Crystal first completed her Certificate IV in Massage Therapy at the NSW School of Massage in 2016 whilst she was in Sydney. She then completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage at The Australian College of Eastern Medicine in Perth in 2019
Since completing her studies, Crystal has worked on a wide demographic of clients including athletes and office workers. She is fascinated by bodywork and has a keen interest in sports-related injuries. She also enjoys treating neck, shoulder and back pain and RSI injuries and currently, she is investigating lymphedema and the benefits of manual lymphatic drainage, having completed the Manual Lymphatic Drainage course with Vodder International. Crystal is also trained in dry needling and cupping therapies.

Crystal leads an active lifestyle and is also a yoga, acroyoga and mat Pilates instructor, so when she’s not treating, you’ll find her either deeply contorted on her yoga mat, suspended in the air by someone else or lifting others on her hands and feet! One may also find her getting her happy feet going by dancing jazz, ballet, contemporary or the Argentinian Tango. She’s also been bitten by the travel bug!
Katie joined Oceanside in 2019 bringing along with her many years of experience in admin and the running of front desk. On arrival you will have the pleasure of being greeted in a friendly, professional manner. She loves to meet people, is caring and empathetic, and is always ready to welcome patients, both new and old, to the clinic.
Luca is a passionate and energetic chiropractic student who, in addition to working on front desk, enjoys swimming, surfing, diving and in fact anything ocean related. He enjoys meeting people and is always happy to have a chat and make people feel welcome.
